Bakers in the new bakery located in the centre of Santander. The customer expressed to Zooco estudio his enthusiasm for making a bakery different from the rest, both in terms of product and aesthetics.

For this reason, in this project, the creative process does not revolve around bread and its imaginary, so often seen and used, but aims to go to its origin and with this idea to create a beautiful, warm, pleasant atmosphere, a new environment for the buyer.

The bread and the product as such will complete the space, giving it the obvious bakery connotations.

The original structure of the premises is uncovered, leaving beams and pillars with natural wood. The block of rammed earth, made from raw earth in different formats, is the protagonist material in the project, being present in the principal elements that configure the space. Iron, in turn, in black, is used to frame the latter with slender and linear pieces, and provides us with a handcrafted and productive character.
