YOURS Boutique Hotel is originally a building dating back to 1887 which was converted into a hotel for tertiary use and opened in 2016.

Located in Calle Cuba in the Ruzafa district of Valencia, Yours Boutique Hotel stands as an enhancement of the pre-existence, through the recovery of its protected elements and the tireless search for detail in the whole of the complex.

At YOURS Boutique Hotel, every detail breathes with a purpose: to bring disconnection and pleasure. A place where past and present intertwine, allowing guests to immerse themselves in an oasis of relaxation and rest.

YOURS Boutique Hotel has 12 spacious rooms with private bathrooms and a multifunctional space on the ground floor. The lighting permeates each of the rooms so that comfort and warmth form the basis of the interior design.

The Holly luminaire enters each of the rooms with an accent light, giving the space a sense of intimacy for the guests.

Fit 48V, by means of a 48V rail system, are placed in the hotel rooms so that every corner is illuminated to the guest’s liking.

The living room, intended to be the relaxation and socialising area for guests, combines the asymmetrical Black Foster luminaires with the Shot Light. In this way, the communal areas are amply illuminated with discretion and subtlety.
