Winners at the ADCV 2022 Awards

Arkoslight was the big winner of the ADCV Award 2022 in the lighting category. A total of three luminaires designed by Rubén Saldaña, product director, were prized by the institution: Up – Gold winner in decorative lighting, Minimal Track -Gold winner in technical lighting, and Black Foster Micro – Silver winner in technical lighting.
Arkoslight stands out in the lighting sector for winning three of the four awards in the subcategories of decorative and technical lighting. The VI ADCV Award has recognized 64 creative projects from several fields that represent the best designs of the Valencian industry in the last year. The award also points out the leading companies that drive business (corporate), cultural, and social innovation through design.
Up – Gold in Decorative Lighting
The jury of the ADCV Award 2022 highlighted the minimalism of the floor lamp, appealing to “its perfect elemental design, reduced to the minimum expression to coexist discreetly in any space and preserve the quality of light”. The luminaire bathes the ceiling plane directly, while the environment lights up with a comfortable indirect light.
Minimal Track – Gold in Technical Lighting
According to the jury, Minimal Track receives this recognition for being a “subtle, functional and user-friendly track that allows creative compositions. Also, the system integrates several luminaries to solve any lighting need”.
Minimal Track is designed for spaces where miniaturized lighting is required, such as window-dressing, low ceilings, or to be discrete where the track-system has a presence for the observer.
Black Foster Micro – Silver in Technical Lighting
Designed for general or accent lighting, can be used in projects where ceiling lighting plays a minimal role. Its tiny size and slim trim offer a trimless visual aesthetic.
